Chefs’ Freedom is another bagasse product designed byAnnelies Hermsen and is the one and only disposable plate designed to give the chef total freedom; it has a dual functionality and can be used on both sides. The idea behind the dual sided design came from the needs and wants of professional chefs. When cooking off-site at events and festivals the need for a versatile plate is greater since the need for improvising´ is bigger. Chefs’ Freedom is made from sugarcane fibre and is fully compostable.
